For Residential Cabinetry

• Face Frame Construction – ¾” hardwood using pocket screws, biscuits and glue at all joints.
• Casework Construction - ¾” veneer or lumber core plywood sides and bottoms, and ¼” plywood backs using pocket screws, dados, biscuits and glue.
• Shelves – ¾” plywood, fully adjustable.
• Drawer Boxes – ½ baltic birch with dovetailed on all 4 corners.
• Doors & Drawer Fronts – We offer several styles, which are all produced in our shop.
• Drawer Slides – ¾” extension epoxy coated or full extension ball bearing.
• Door Hinges – ½” overlay or compact concealed.
• Finish – After applying a penetrating stain, a vinyl sealer is applied and 2 coats of pre-catalyzed lacquer, which provides a hard durable finish.
• Hardware – We offer a wide variety of pulls and knobs for your selection.
• Counter Tops – We manufacture laminate tops at our shop and can provide granite and solid surface tops for your project.
